Delivery and Return Policy

At BAHADIROĞLU GIDA SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ., we prioritize customer satisfaction and product safety. The following return and cancellation policies apply, taking into account the nature of the purchased products and applicable regulations.

1. Order Cancellation
If the order has not yet entered the preparation or shipping process, the customer may contact us at bahadiroglubaharat@gmail.com to cancel the order.

If the order has already been prepared or handed over to the shipping carrier, the return policy for the relevant product may apply instead of cancellation.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns for Food Products
Since a significant portion of the products sold on our website are food items, legal exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal may apply depending on the nature of the product.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products where the packaging, protective tape, seal, or similar protective elements have been opened after delivery, rendering them unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds.

For products falling outside this scope—where the right of withdrawal applies under the law—consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Shipped Products
Customers must contact us at bahadiroglubaharat@gmail.com in the event that:

the product is delivered damaged,

a product different from the one ordered is shipped,

the product packaging is damaged during delivery,

or the product is found to be defective.
The customer's statutory rights are reserved. Depending on the nature of the situation, product replacement, a refund, or other remedies prescribed by legislation shall apply.

In the event of damaged deliveries, it is recommended—where possible—to notify the courier of the situation upon receipt and to have a damage report drawn up. However, this does not negate the customer's statutory rights.

4. Return Conditions
In cases where the right of withdrawal applies, the return of the product must be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation.

Products to be returned should, as far as possible, be sent in their original packaging and accompanied by any other items originally supplied with the product.

Due to product safety and hygiene considerations regarding food products, returns of items with opened packaging or those that have been partially consumed will not be accepted, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Return Request

Once the return request has been reviewed, the customer will be informed of the applicable procedure and, if necessary, the return address.

6. Refunds
In cases where a refund is mandatory under applicable legislation, the refund process shall be carried out in accordance with said legislation.

For payments made via card, the refund shall be processed using the same payment method originally used for the transaction.

The time required for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account by the bank or payment institution may vary depending on the respective institution's processing times.

7. International Orders
For orders shipped internationally, customs procedures, import taxes, duties, and other official obligations in the country of delivery are subject to the laws of that country.

Refund and return processes for international orders are conducted in accordance with the nature of the product, customs regulations, and applicable legal requirements.

8. Legal Rights
This Refund and Cancellation Policy does not limit consumers' mandatory rights arising from applicable legislation.

Disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be governed by the provisions of applicable consumer protection legislation.
